Teaching, Organizational Leadership, And Health Promotion
It is the year 2035 and I have been asked to address the doctoral students at Marywood to give my opinion on what are central practices in their particular field. There are many things which they need to know about leading the imminent organizational practices through the 21st century. There have been numerous adjustments in the field and they need to be ready to handle these various obligations. There will be three ways for the future PhD recipients to apply their degrees. These three specializations are: college teaching, organizational leadership, or in health promotion. First there are several ways in which all the degree recipients would be affected. The first way has to do with the changes to the internet. For the past five years, the internet has been available everywhere, which means that the students will have access through the use of a contact lens. They will not have personal computers to use, because their files will travel with them wherever they go. This means that they will have all the information needed at their fingertips. Another important feature is all the products and materials having chips that people can scan to make sure they are getting a good deal. Also by the midcentury, they will have started ââ¬Å"living in a fully functioning, cyber world that merges the real world with images from a computerâ⬠(Kaku, 2011, p. 47). This means that they will be able to fully visualize the changes before doing them.
